About Nutritionvisionpath
We believe that smart post-workout nutrition is the foundation of athletic excellence and sustainable health. Our mission is to demystify recovery nutrition and empower athletes across Sweden and beyond with evidence-based guidance.
Our Story
Nutritionvisionpath was born from a simple observation: athletes train hard, but many neglect the critical window after exercise when the body is primed to rebuild and adapt. Our founder, Erik Andersson, spent years as a competitive distance runner before transitioning into sports nutrition research. He discovered that access to personalized post-workout guidance was fragmented, expensive, and often contradictory.
In 2020, Erik partnered with registered dietitian Maria Bergström and exercise physiologist Nils Lundgren to create a platform that combines cutting-edge nutrition science with practical, community-driven insights. What started as a small editorial project in Malmö has grown into a trusted resource for athletes, fitness enthusiasts, and anyone serious about optimizing their recovery nutrition.
Today, we remain committed to our core values: transparency, accessibility, and scientific integrity. We publish research-informed articles, host recovery nutrition discussions, and connect our community with credible experts—never selling products, only sharing knowledge.
Our Core Values
Evidence-Based Content
Every article we publish is grounded in peer-reviewed research and expert consensus. We cite sources, explain methodology, and acknowledge uncertainty. No clickbait, no miracle claims—just honest nutrition science.
Community-First Approach
We believe recovery nutrition is personal. Our content celebrates diverse athlete backgrounds, training goals, and dietary preferences. We listen to reader feedback and continuously improve our resources.
Accessibility & Clarity
Complex nutrition science should not require a PhD to understand. We translate research into practical, actionable advice. Our guides and articles are written for real athletes, not just academics.
No Commercial Agenda
We don't sell supplements, meal plans, or coaching packages. Our independence ensures our editorial voice remains unbiased. We succeed when our community learns, grows, and achieves their health goals.
